Privacy Policy - UniPost

Who we are

UniPost is a social media scheduling service operated by Intuico Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use UniPost at unipost.ai, through its API, or through AI agents you connect to it, and how you can have it deleted.

Information we collect

Account details: your name and email address, and your sign-in method (a password handled by our authentication provider, or Google sign-in).
Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, or YouTube, you sign in on that platform and it gives us an access token (and a refresh token where offered), your account id, name or username, and profile picture. We never see your social media passwords.
Your content: the posts, captions, images, and videos you, your team, or your AI agents schedule.
Post analytics: views, likes, comments, shares, and saves for posts published through UniPost.
Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We keep your subscription status and plan, never your full card number.
API keys: we store only a one-way hash of each key.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, and logs we use to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To publish your posts at the times you choose and show you how they performed
To let people and AI agents in your workspace schedule posts, with your approval
To bill your subscription and provide support
To keep UniPost secure and prevent abuse
To send service emails, such as sign-in links and receipts

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use data from connected platforms for advertising.

Data from connected platforms

Facebook and Instagram (Meta): we access the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose, to publish posts you schedule and to read engagement and insights for those posts.
TikTok: we use TikTok's Content Posting API to publish videos with the privacy and interaction settings you pick for each post, and we read the view, like, comment, and share counts of videos posted through UniPost.
X: we publish the posts you schedule, with their images and videos, to the X accounts you connect, and read each account's username and profile picture. We don't read your other posts, followers, or messages.
YouTube: we upload videos to channels you connect and read their view, like, and comment counts. UniPost uses YouTube API Services; by connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. UniPost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke UniPost's access at any time by disconnecting the account in UniPost (Connections), or from the platform itself: Facebook's Business Integrations settings, TikTok's “Manage app permissions”, X's “Connected apps” settings, or your Google account's third-party connections.

Who we share it with

The social platforms you publish to, with the content you ask us to publish
Service providers that run UniPost for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (API and media storage), Vercel (website hosting), and Stripe (payments)
Authorities, when the law requires it
A buyer or successor, if UniPost or Intuico Digital LLC is sold or merged

How long we keep it

Uploaded media is deleted from our storage once every post using it has published.
A connected account's tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect it.
Everything else is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete your account.

Deleting your data

To remove one social account, open Connections in UniPost and choose Disconnect. Its tokens are deleted immediately.

To delete your UniPost account and all of its data, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube, email info@intuicodigital.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my UniPost account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, social media tokens are stored server-side and never sent to your browser, and access inside each workspace is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to how we process it, by emailing us. UniPost isn't intended for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
