Plans and billing
UniPost bills for connected social-account capacity. The first two accounts are free, and the price per additional account decreases at higher quantities. The workspace owner manages the subscription.
Account capacity
Choose the total account count, including the two free accounts, in Billing. Publishable connections across all workspaces you own count toward that capacity.
A personal Facebook connection used to authorize Page access does not count, but the publishable Pages do. An invited member uses the workspace owner's plan rather than supplying a separate subscription for that workspace.
Pricing
The current base monthly tiers are graduated: each portion of the account count uses its own rate.
| Total account position | Monthly price for each account in that tier |
|---|---|
| Accounts 1–2 | Free |
| Accounts 3–10 | $3 |
| Accounts 11–30 | $1 |
| Accounts 31 and above | $0.50 |
For example, 5 accounts cost $9 per month before tax or discounts: 2 free accounts plus 3 at $3. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly base price, billed once per year; the same example is $90 per year before tax or discounts.
Review current pricing, Billing, and Stripe's final order summary for the currency, quantity, tax, discounts, amount due today, and recurring terms.
Start a subscription
In the owner's Billing page, choose the total account count and monthly or yearly interval, then select Continue to checkout. Paid subscriptions cover 3–1,000 accounts.
New subscriptions use Stripe-hosted Checkout with Managed Payments enabled, where Stripe acts as merchant of record. Complete that hosted checkout and return to Billing to check the subscription's status, quantity, interval, and renewal details.
A return URL or success notification alone does not confirm activation. If Billing has not updated, allow time for the payment result to arrive and check the existing purchase before starting another checkout.
Change account capacity
For an existing subscription, update the account count in Billing. Changes can create prorated adjustments on the next invoice. The new count must cover the publishable accounts you currently have connected; disconnect accounts first if you want to reduce it below current usage.
Do not start another subscription to change an existing one. Billing keeps the current subscription's interval when changing its account count.
Payment details, invoices, and cancellation
Use Payment & invoices in Billing to open the Stripe billing portal for the available payment-method, invoice, and subscription-management options.
Check the final confirmation when canceling. If Billing shows Canceling, it also shows when the current period ends. If a payment has failed, use the payment-management flow to resolve it and check the status before assuming posting access is restored.
Agent and X usage
Billing shows monthly agent-call usage and X post credits. Allowances reset on the first day of the month in UTC, independently of the subscription's renewal date. See usage limits.
Let an agent assist with checkout
A browser agent with a compatible buyer wallet can assist through the same managed checkout. It needs separate buyer authorization for the final total and future subscription charges.
Automatic wallet renewal support has not been verified end to end. Read agent payments and hand the same checkout to the buyer whenever the wallet cannot establish recurring support.
