Teams and profiles
A workspace contains its social connections, posts, profiles, teammates, and agent credentials. Use the switcher at the top of the dashboard sidebar to select a workspace.
Organize connections with profiles
Profiles are named groups of connections inside a workspace, useful for a brand or client. Create and manage them in Connections, then choose a profile when connecting an account or selecting destinations for a post.
Profiles help organize work. They do not create separate teammate or agent permissions. Members can publish to all connections in the workspace, and an agent connection is scoped to the workspace as a whole.
Invite a teammate
Open Team, create an invite for the person's email address, and choose the role you are allowed to grant. Copy the invitation link and share it with that person.
The recipient must sign in with the invited email address. Invitations expire after 14 days. They can open the link directly or find their pending invitations in the workspace switcher.
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Manages the workspace, team roles, agents, and the owner's billing |
| Admin | Publishes and manages connections, members, and agent access; billing stays with the owner |
| Member | Publishes and manages connections in the workspace |
Only the owner can grant the admin role. Owners and admins can authorize MCP connections and manage API keys; members cannot.
The workspace's paid account capacity comes from its owner. Connected accounts across the workspaces that person owns count toward the owner's plan. See plans and billing.
Choose the right workspace for an agent
During MCP authorization, select the workspace the agent may use. Its connection remains scoped to that workspace even when you switch workspaces in the dashboard.
For a different workspace, authorize a connection for that workspace. You can review and revoke connected agents under API keys.
