Connect social accounts

Open Connections in the workspace you want to use. Choose a profile to organize the connection, select the network, and complete its sign-in and permissions flow.

Beta options in the connection dialog do not mean general access is available. Until platform approval is complete, access can be limited to app administrators, sandbox participants, or designated test accounts.

Facebook Pages

Sign in with the Facebook account that manages the Pages you want to connect and grant the requested Page permissions. UniPost publishes to the connected Page, not your personal Facebook profile.

The personal Facebook connection used to authorize Page access does not count toward paid account capacity. Publishable Page connections do count.

Profiles and workspaces

Profiles group connections for a brand, client, or project inside one workspace. Choose the intended profile when adding a connection, or move it later in Connections.

Check the workspace switcher before connecting. Your agent sees the connections in the workspace you authorized, which may differ from the workspace currently open in your browser. See teams and profiles.

Reconnect an account

If a connection expires or needs renewed permissions, reconnect it from Connections and complete the network's sign-in again. Agents report needs_reconnect in list_accounts when an account's stored access has expired.

Check any failed posts after reconnecting. Restoring access does not prove that an earlier attempt published successfully.

Disconnect an account

Use the connection's menu to disconnect it. Review scheduled posts that target that account before doing so.

If you want to reduce a paid plan's account count, disconnect enough accounts first and then update the count in Billing. Disconnecting an account does not by itself change your subscription quantity.
